Unplanned Downtime : QMetry Instances are Not Accessible on 28th Feb 2017 - 10:15 AM (PST) -Affects All QMetry SaaS Customers On AA888

3:28 PM PST : The QMetry services have been restored and running fine now. Upload/Download of attachments and Import/Export functionality is working normally. Please verify by logging in to your QMetry instance. If you still continue to face the issue, please contact QMetry Support.
Root Cause :
This was an unplanned downtime from Amazon AWS S3 end as it was went down from 10:15 AM PST to 2:11 PM PST. Amazon S3 service is operating normally now.
Please check at your end and let us know if you are facing any issue.

2:42 PM PST : As of 1:49 PM PST, Amazon is fully recovered for operations for adding new objects in S3, which was their last operation showing a high error rate. The Amazon S3 service is operating normally.

1:04 PM PST : Amazon is seeing recovery for S3 object retrievals, listing and deletions. Amazon is continue to work on recovery for adding new objects to S3 and expect to start seeing improved error rates within the hour.

12:54 PM PST : QMetry Enterprise SaaS servers are up and running as before. Since the attachments are on AWS S3, customers cannot download or upload any attachments. Similarly  Export and Import of files/reports will also not work. We will update the thread again once the S3 is up and running.

11:54 AM PST: QMetry Enterprise SaaS servers are running on AWS S3, and currently AWS S3 is down and impacting many customers (including QMetry). 11:35 AM PST: There is an outage from AWS S3 end hence we are facing downtime for QMetry. We will share additional updates once QMetry is back up and running.

11:00 AM PST: QMetry Support is working on getting the instances up and running. We will keep this post updated with every progress we make. 

10:15 AM PST: This is to inform that QMetry Test Management is not accessible on 28th Feb 2017 - 10:15 AM (PST). The service is currently unavailable. We will share additional updates once QMetry is back up and running. Based on the initial updates, QMetry services should be restored soon. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
