List of tasks to be taken care by SaaS customers Post-Migration

QMetry Support would send an update email once your QMetry instance is upgraded to the Version 6. Customers must follow the below steps to ensure that the migration is successful.   

Step 1 : The message would have the new QMetry URL. Login to QMetry URL to verify the login is successful. Validate your License 

Step 2 : Once login is successful.Follow the QMetry 6 Post Migration Checklist attached in the article, to verify if the migration is successful. If you find any issue please log a ticket at support@qmetry.zendesk.com.

Note for customers who are using JIRA : Customer who are using JIRA, will notice duplicate links of QMetry 5 and QMetry 6 in the issue links tab. QMetry 6 links will be the new correct links and would direct to QMetry 6 instances whereas QMetry 5 links would be present but will be inactive and should be removed for any confusion. Once the verification is complete  please  write us at  support@qmetry.zendesk.com. This would automatically open a ticket and the support team will provide you the steps to remove the issue links of QMetry 5.x
